Emeril Legasse. I was invited to be on Emeril’s new green cooking show a few weeks ago, but sadly had to turn it down because they needed me to take an entire day off of work. Coincidentally they are filming at Whole Foods today while I’m on my lunch break.

Pho 75. Arlington, VA. I love these noodles. You can continuously change the composition of your meal, adding mint, lime, sriracha, sprouts, so that every bite and slurp has a unique flavor. And, the Iced Tea is only 50¢. It’s cheap, but it’s cash only, so make sure you’ve got at least a few bills or else walk to the ATM at the gas station or the CVS.
