What he described isn’t “negating” property rights, it’s called “exercising” them. Allowing public discourse can enhance property values. In fact, my fair use “reblogging” of your text promotes your ideas, giving them a wider audience (though, maybe by about 3 people in my case). Some would say that I’m adding value.
